  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper, ensuring every piece is coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture and toss again.
