  • 12 oz Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 2 cups Cheese (shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the onion and bell pepper, and pat the shrimp and steak dry.
  2. Marinate the Proteins: In a bowl, mix the shrimp and steak with Creole seasoning and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
