A nostalgic dessert featuring layers of vanilla pudding, whipped cream, and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for summer picnics and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with the vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter, mixing until evenly coated.
  4. Layer half of the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the creamy pudding mixture over the graham cracker layer.
  6. Repeat with the remaining graham cracker mixture and pudding mixture.
  7. Finish with a final layer of pudding on top.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure the whipped cream is folded gently to maintain its lightness. Can be made a day in advance.
