A comforting and easy-to-make dish that blends savory beef with creamy pasta shells, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz large pasta shells
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the beef, then add the pasta shells to the pot. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, slowly stir in the heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper according to your taste and simmer for an additional few minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
