An easy-to-prepare and comforting dish that combines creamy chicken, tangy cheese, and hearty pierogi in a warm casserole.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package of frozen pierogi (about 16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the frozen pierogi, ensuring they are coated without breaking them.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
