A delicious dessert made from brewed coffee and gelatin, perfect for a unique treat that supports weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder or agar-agar
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat brewed coffee and add bloomed gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Add sugar or sweetener and remove from heat.
  5. Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 4-6 hours to set.
  6. Cut into cubes and serve chilled.
