Delicious breakfast treat combining cinnamon rolls and French toast in bite-sized pieces, perfect for cozy family breakfasts or festive gatherings.

  • 1 loaf Bread (Challah or Brioche)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Butter (for greasing or melting)
  • Cream Cheese Frosting (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into one-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon until frothy.
  4. Soak the bread cubes in the custard mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Spread the soaked bread cubes on a greased baking tray or arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. If using, drizzle or dip the cooked bites in cream cheese frosting before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit or a sweet drink. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
