A delightful twist on the classic dessert, combining creamy peanut butter and chocolate to create chewy yet crunchy treats.

  • 16 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2½ cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips for topping
  • Maldon salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the vanilla almond bark in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until it is smooth and fully melted.
  2. Once melted, stir in the creamy peanut butter, combining until the mixture is completely smooth and mixed well.
  3. Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal and the miniature marshmallows, ensuring everything is well coated.
  4. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop the mixture into mounds on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the miniature chocolate chips over the tops and optionally add a sprinkle of Maldon salt.
  6. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the treats are set, approximately 30 minutes.

Notes

For easy removal, line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
