A simple, show-stopping treat combining creamy melted chocolate, soft caramel, and buttery pecans.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz chocolate almond bark, chopped
  • 25 caramel squares (about 1¼ cups caramel bits)
  • 12 tbsp water or heavy cream
  • Whole pecans, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  2. Chop the almond bark and microwave at 50% power for 3 minutes, then stir. Microwave for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fully melted.
  3. Melt the caramel squares in another bowl, adding 1 to 2 tbsp of water or cream.
  4. Reserve a few tablespoons of melted chocolate for drizzling later, then pour the remaining onto the lined baking sheet.
  5. Drop dollops of melted caramel across the chocolate layer and swirl gently using a butter knife or skewer.
  6. Sprinkle whole pecans over the top and drizzle with reserved chocolate. Press pecans lightly into the surface.
  7. Let the bark harden for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature before cutting.

Notes

For a glossier finish, warm the baking sheet slightly before pouring chocolate.
