Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Delicious lasagna rolls filled with juicy shredded chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with gooey melted cheese.

  • 12 sheets of lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of water and cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lay out one lasagna noodle and spoon about 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto one end. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
  5. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These rolls can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
