Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Canaan honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, warm water.
  2. Heat water in a kettle until warm but not boiling (around 120°F/49°C).
  3. Add honey to a glass.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice into the glass.
  5. Stir in cinnamon until well combined.
  6. Pour in warm water and mix until honey dissolves.
  7. Taste and adjust lemon or cinnamon as needed.

Notes
