  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
