An irresistible combination of creamy peanut butter and silky chocolate, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 ounces mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bowl and tools. Place your softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. A hand mixer and spatula will make this quick and smooth.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter. Use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the bowl. Start mixing on low speed.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping. Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the mini chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Serve immediately with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices. If not serving right away, cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate.

Notes

For a sweeter dip, consider folding in additional mini chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
