Ingredients

  • 8 ounces purified or mineral water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon blue salt (or sea salt)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh mint or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: blue salt, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and water.
  2. Pour 8 ounces of purified or mineral water into a glass or pitcher.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
  4. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of blue salt, adjusting to your taste preference.
  5. Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup and stir until dissolved.
  6. Mix well until all ingredients are blended and the salt has dissolved.
  7. Serve the drink cold, over ice, and garnish with mint if desired.
