Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp natural sea salt or Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Collect your water and salt.
  2. Measure the salt: Use a measuring spoon to scoop out 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt.
  3. Boil water: Bring about 1 cup of water to a boil.
  4. Mix ingredients: In a glass, add the salt to the hot water and stir until dissolved.
  5. Cool down: Allow to cool to room temperature or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
