  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 8 ounces Water
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: baking soda, water, lemon juice, and optional sweetener.
  2. Pour 8 ounces of water into a glass.
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to the water and stir gently.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  5. If desired, add honey to taste and stir until dissolved.
  6. Chill in the fridge for a few minutes if desired.
  7. Drink regularly in the morning on an empty stomach or before meals.
