Instructions

  1. Gather your materials: a clean glass, measuring spoon, and plain water.
  2. Measure the baking soda using a teaspoon.
  3. Pour the water into the glass.
  4. Add the baking soda to the water, stirring gently until fully dissolved.
  5. Take a small sip to check the flavor.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before consuming.
  7. If desired, add a splash of lemon juice for flavor.
