A delicious and unique way to aid your weight loss journey, combining apple cider vinegar with gelatin for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
  • 1 cup water
  • Honey or sweetener (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure 1 cup of water and 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  2. In a small saucepan, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin fully dissolves (2-3 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar and honey (or sweetener) until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Once set, pop the gelatin out of the molds or cut into cubes and enjoy!

Notes

Start with smaller amounts to gauge your tolerance to apple cider vinegar. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
