A warm pastry bursting with sweet summer peaches nestled in fluffy layers of dough, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package Puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 cups Fresh peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash, peel, and slice the peaches into thin wedges. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out gently.
  4. Cut the pastry into a rectangle, then into triangles or circles to create a ring shape.
  5. Place the prepared peach filling in the center of the pastry ring, leaving some space at the edges.
  6. Seal the edges of the pastry over the peaches and brush the top with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.

Notes

Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
