  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour the glaze over them.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until opaque and flaky.
