A cozy, comforting casserole packed with savory ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, and topped with crispy Tater Tots.

  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Combine cooked beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Arrange Tater Tots evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until Tater Tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, use medium-sized Tater Tots. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
