- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup pre-made cookie dough
- 12–15 Oreo cookies
- Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, and egg. Stir until just combined.
- Spread half of the brownie batter across the bottom of the dish.
- Spread spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie layer.
- Place Oreo cookies in a single layer over the cookie dough.
- Pour remaining brownie batter over Oreos and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist. Let cool, then slice and enjoy.
