A delightful dessert featuring flaky pastry, smooth raspberry cream, and fresh raspberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry Sheets
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Sugar
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 2×4 inch rectangles.
  3. Place cut pastry on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  4. While pastry cools, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in fresh raspberries gently into the whipped cream.
  6. Slice cooled pastry layers in half and assemble with layers of raspberry cream in between.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
