A delightful and flaky pizza made with puff pastry, topped with your choice of sauce, cheese, and vegetables, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 package of frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Oregano and basil (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it is approximately ¼ inch thick.
  3. Transfer the pastry onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the puff pastry, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, followed by your choice of toppings.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
