Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: gelatin, pink Himalayan salt, flavored water or juice, and optional fresh fruits.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat about 1 cup of your flavored water or juice until warm, about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Gradually sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over the warm liquid, stirring continuously to prevent clumps, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Stir in ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into jello molds or a glass dish and add optional fresh fruit pieces.
  6. Refrigerate for approximately 4–6 hours, or until set.
  7. Once ready, unmold or slice the jello and enjoy it as a refreshing snack!
