  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the club crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and whisk in brown sugar and salt, bringing to a boil. Stir for 3-5 minutes until thickened and golden.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the toffee mixture over the club crackers and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 20 minutes, then break into pieces and serve.
