A delicious blend of buttery salmon topped with a sweet and nutty maple-pecan glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners and family gatherings.

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, stirring until well blended.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the salmon and press lightly to adhere.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and the pecans are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispy finish, use an air fryer or add cayenne pepper for a hint of heat.
