Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta of your choice (fettuccine or spaghetti)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or pot over medium heat and melt the butter until bubbly and fragrant.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the pasta and pour in the vegetable broth, ensuring the pasta is submerged.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer and cover the pan.
  5. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese while the pasta is still warm, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
