  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker or Oreo pie crust
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • Roasted peanuts, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work area and equipment. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
  3. Add the milk slowly until the filling is well combined and spreadable.
  4. Fill the crust with the peanut butter mixture and smooth the top.
  5. Add the Cool Whip evenly over the filling.
  6. Garnish with chopped roasted peanuts if desired.
  7. Freeze the pie for about 3 hours until firm.
