Instructions

  1. Prepare your sheet pan by lining it with wax paper or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and milk.
  3. Stir frequently until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for 1 minute.
