Delicious no-bake cookies combining chocolate, peanut butter, and marshmallows for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips. Microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and mini marshmallows until well combined.
  3. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop 1-inch balls of the mixture and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the cookies firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for about 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over each cookie and return them to the fridge for another 15 minutes to set.

Notes

For variation, consider adding nuts or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
