  • Breakfast Sausage
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Bell Peppers (diced)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Fresh Parsley or Chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and scramble them in a hot pan, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage over the dough, followed by the scrambled eggs and cheese.
  6. Add diced bell peppers and onion on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden-brown and cheese is bubbling.
