A delicious and innovative way to incorporate Mounjaro into your diet, this refreshing jello treat supports weight loss and enhances feelings of fullness.

Ingredients

  • Mounjaro (dosage as prescribed)
  • 2 cups fruit juice (100% juice recommended)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet gelatin or agar
  • Sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Fresh or canned fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 cups of fruit juice and heat gently until steaming.
  2. Stir in the gelatin packet until fully dissolved.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add your prescribed dose of Mounjaro and mix thoroughly.
  4. If desired, mix in your preferred sweetener to taste.
  5. Fold in any fruit chunks.
  6. Pour the mixture into jello molds or a baking dish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
