Ingredients

  • 1 liter of Water
  • 12 tablespoons of Lemon Juice or Vinegar (optional)
  • Sweetener (Honey or Stevia, optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: salt, water, and any optional flavor enhancers like lemon juice or vinegar.
  2. Measure out 1-2 teaspoons of salt and add to approximately 1 liter of water in a clean glass.
  3. Stir the mixture until the salt is completely dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice or vinegar and mix again.
  5. Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or citrus as needed.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  7. Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes
