Heavenly No Bake Banana Cream Pie Cups

A quick and delightful dessert featuring creamy banana pudding layered with vanilla wafers and fresh bananas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant banana cream pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping, plus extra for garnish
  • 24 vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 6 whole vanilla wafers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together 2 cups cold milk and the instant banana cream pudding mix for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Pour in 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in 2 cups whipped topping until the mixture is light and airy.
  4. Spoon crushed vanilla wafers into the bottoms of 6 dessert cups.
  5. Add a layer of the banana pudding mixture on top of the crushed wafers, then place banana slices over the pudding.
  6. Repeat layers of crushed wafers, pudding mixture, and banana slices until cups are filled.
  7. Finish with extra whipped topping and press one whole vanilla wafer on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For clean layers, chill the pudding base for 10 minutes before assembling to maintain shape. Slice bananas just before assembly to reduce browning.
