  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips to create a rich dough.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
