Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Collect flaxseeds, Greek yogurt, honey, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk.
  2. Blend flaxseeds: If using whole seeds, grind them until fine.
  3. Combine base ingredients: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and almond milk until smooth.
  4. Add sweetness: Stir in honey for a creamy mix.
  5. Incorporate fruits: Fold in the mashed banana.
  6. Stir in seeds: Add ground flaxseeds and chia seeds, mixing well.
  7. Chill & serve: Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving cold.
