  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey, stevia, or agave syrup)
  • Flavoring agents (optional, such as lemon juice or fruit purees)

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Collect 1 tablespoon of gelatin, 1 cup of water, desired sweetener, and flavoring agents.
  2. Heat the Water: In a small saucepan, gently bring the water to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Add Gelatin: Remove the boiling water from heat and slowly sprinkle in the gelatin while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Dissolve: Stir for about 2–3 minutes until fully dissolved.
  5. Sweeten and Flavor: Add sweetener and flavoring agents, mixing well.
  6. Cool Down: Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
