  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crab by removing any shells from fresh crab meat or draining canned crab.
  2. Dice the celery and red bell pepper, slice the green onions, and chop the parsley.
