Ingredients
Scale
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until melted and smooth.
Add Raspberry Goodness: Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
Incorporate Vanilla and Salt: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Transfer and Set: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread it evenly, and tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
