A rich and velvety fudge that combines creamy white chocolate with tangy raspberries, perfect for any gathering or cozy evening.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Raspberry Goodness: Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
  4. Incorporate Vanilla and Salt: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Transfer and Set: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread it evenly, and tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
  6. Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
