Ingredients

  • Jumbo Pasta Shells (12-16)
  • Ground Beef (1 lb)
  • Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 ½ cups)

  4. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, mixing until well-coated and warmed through, about 2 minutes.
  5. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and salsa until combined.
  6. Stuff each shell with the beef mixture and arrange in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar and optional Mexican blend cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, removing foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp the top.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or use a spicier salsa. This dish can also be prepped ahead of time.
