Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz Pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite type)
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil water in a large pot with salt, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Brown the Beef: Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Make the Sauce: Push beef to the side, add cream cheese on the other side, let it soften, then stir into meat mixture.
  5. Add Broth and Seasoning: Pour in beef broth, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add cooked pasta and mix until well coated.
  7. Add Cheese: Stir in grated Parmesan until melted. Serve hot, garnished with herbs or extra cheese.
