Delicious and easy pinwheels filled with creamy ranch, shredded chicken, and cheese, perfect for gatherings or weeknight meals.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 tortillas (flour or whole-wheat)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese until well blended.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  4. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, remove from plastic wrap and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
