Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually mixing into the wet ingredients.

  6. Scoop onto lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
  8. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
