A delightful treat combining sweetness and creaminess that melts in your mouth, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips or Sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Use a spatula to gently fold until fully incorporated.
  2. Pour in the vanilla extract and fold into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the mini chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts and gently mix until combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, take portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  6. Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For added fun, consider mixing in colorful edible glitter and using cookie cutters to shape the candy.
