A fun and flavorful way to enjoy your caffeine in a creative jello shot form.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 packet gelatin or agar-agar for vegan version
  • Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, or agave syrup)
  • Optional: Splash of coffee liqueur or vodka
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of your favorite coffee.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over ½ cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the hot coffee into the bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add sweetener to taste.
  5. If desired, stir in liqueur or vodka.
  6. Pour the mixture into shot glasses or jello molds.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or until set.
