A nostalgic frozen treat made from Jello pudding mix and milk, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (regular, almond, or oat)
  • 1 cup yogurt (optional)
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Flavoring (e.g., vanilla extract, fruit purees, optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Jello pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl, whisk for about 2 minutes until blended.
  2. Fold in yogurt if using for extra creaminess.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with sugar or sweetener as needed.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about ¾ full.
  5. Insert sticks into molds, ensuring they are stable.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  7. To unmold, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull the pops out.

Notes
