Ingredients

  • Pasta (e.g., penne, fusilli)
  • Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Frozen mixed vegetables
  • Cream of chicken soup
  • Chicken broth
  • Onion and garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in heavily salted water until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté diced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add bite-sized chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
