  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  7. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
