Ingredients
Scale
3 chicken breasts, diced
1 turkey sausage link, sliced
4 small red potatoes, chopped
2 ears of corn, sliced into rounds
1–2 cups broccoli florets
Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Oregano
Olive oil
Steakhouse potato seasoning
Seasoning salt
Garlic & herb seasoning
Lemon juice
Butter (small pats for each packet)
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Make sure the grates are clean so the packets sit flat and cook evenly.
Cut large pieces of aluminum foil at least 12 inches long. You will need one piece per packet plus a little extra to fold and seal.
Combine chicken, turkey sausage, potatoes, corn, and broccoli in a bowl. Toss gently so the ingredients are distributed evenly.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Use Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, steakhouse potato seasoning, seasoning salt, and garlic & herb seasoning. Toss to combine so everything is lightly coated.
Divide the mixture evenly among foil pieces. Aim for equal portions so packets cook at the same rate.
Place small pats of butter on top of the packets. The butter will melt and help create a saucy steam inside the foil.
Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal tightly, folding edges together to keep steam in. Leave a little air space so steam can circulate but packets remain closed.
Place packets on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Check one packet at 25 minutes; if chicken pieces reach 165 degrees F, they are done.
Remove from grill, let cool slightly, then open and serve. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh lift.
Notes
Cut ingredients to similar sizes for even cooking. Refrigerate leftover contents in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
